Decided to go ahead and from the start the whole experience was good. … More The team arrived on the stated date and were very tidy workers. The result was that we now have a very efficient log burner which is far more economical than the old one. The installers (Chris and Lewis ) were great workers, and kept us informed of what they were doing during the installation .

On the day of installation, Chris and Lewis carried out the work and did a fantastic job – they arrived on time, took care to protect my home before starting and carried out the work in a careful, tidy and professional manner. Getting in touch with the office was sometimes hard as they are very busy but this is the only slight negative. I'm very very happy with the stove and would highly recommend them and in particular Chris and Lewis. Thank you guys.

A pleasure to deal with Hot Box throughout. Hassle-free 'chat' communications – always answered promptly by Michael, easy booking of survey, … More an earlier-than-expected date given for a two-day install, the team (Chris and Lewis) turned up as promised and with good humour, enthusiasm and evident skill, aided with coffee, created a suitable recess despite some 'builders horrors' unearthed when they removed the old fireplace. The Aspects 5 installed is just what we sought and the completed plastered recess-creation job, now ready for painting, is excellently finished off. Great care re dust suppression/carpet protection taken throughout. Certainly recommended. (Neighbours still talk of the impressive cherry-picker used to fit the flue down the chimney!)
